Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and always work to ship as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or carrier delays, processing may take longer. We'll communicate any significant delays by email.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected service.
Standard shipping is charged on orders under $75.
Free shipping is available when:
• Your order total is $75 or more
• You are enrolled in our membership program
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when eligible.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on destination and package size.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (estimated, after shipment)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, please contact us at ben@westwolfmedicinals.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier first.
If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend:
1. Check with household members and neighbors.
2. Verify your shipping address in your order confirmation.
3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
If you still cannot locate your package, email us at ben@westwolfmedicinals.com within 5 days of the delivery date and we'll assist you.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are possible until your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
